This application is for both kittens and available retired adults and helps us get to know you, your household, your lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a companion. We take every placement seriously and consider temperament, household dynamics, lifestyle, timing, and the individual needs of each cat. Please answer the questions thoughtfully and honestly. There are no "perfect" answers; we are simply looking for the right fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but it is the first step in helping us determine whether Maine Street Coons may be a good match for your family.

Do you have a preference for male or female? We encourage flexibility, as temperament and overall fit are more important than sex.

Polydactyl:

Some Maine Street Coons are polydactyl, with naturally occurring extra toes. Availability varies by breeding, so please let us know whether this is a preference rather than a requirement.

Sibling Pair:

Whenever possible, we enjoy placing siblings together because they provide one another with lifelong companionship. Families who are open to adopting a pair are encouraged to let us know.
