Once your application is submitted, we typically reply within a couple of hours, often sooner. If you don’t see a response from us within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder just in case. As part of our process, a FaceTime or video call is required to complete your application. Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, if we’re unable to schedule a video call within 7 days of our email outreach, the application will be archived and considered withdrawn so we can continue moving forward with other families.
